\u4e8c\u3001\u519b\u961f\u7684\u6050\u60e7<\/h2>\n

\u5982\u679c\u4ec5\u5c06\u4fee\u5baa\u5f52\u7ed3\u4e3a\u5bf9\u6743\u529b\u7684\u8d2a\u5a6a\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u770b\u4f4e\u4e86\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u653f\u6cbb\u7684\u6b8b\u9177\u6027\u3002\u6743\u529b\u7684\u786c\u5e01\u6709\u4e24\u9762\uff1a\u6b63\u9762\u662f\u201c\u8d2a\u5a6a\u201d\uff0c\u80cc\u9762\u662f\u201c\u6050\u60e7\u201d\u30021973\u5e74\uff0c\u963f\u91cc\u5e03\u6258\u5236\u5b9a\u5baa\u6cd5\u65f6\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u9632\u6b62\u518d\u51fa\u73b0\u519b\u4e8b\u653f\u53d8\uff0c\u5728\u5baa\u6cd5\u7b2c6\u6761\uff08Article 6\uff09\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u8bd5\u56fe\u5e9f\u9664\u3001\u98a0\u8986\u3001\u4e2d\u6b62\u6216\u6682\u65f6\u4e2d\u6b62\u5baa\u6cd5\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u72af\u6709\u4e25\u91cd\u53db\u56fd\u7f6a\uff08High Treason\uff09\uff0c\u5211\u7f5a\u662f\u6b7b\u5211\u6216\u7ec8\u8eab\u76d1\u7981\u3002\u8fd9\u6761\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u9707\u6151\u6027\u6781\u5177\u5a01\u529b\u3002\u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u963f\u91cc\u5e03\u6258\u88ab\u8f6f\u7981\u65f6\uff0c\u66fe\u8b66\u544a\u9f50\u4e9a\u54c8\u514b\uff0c\u63a8\u7ffb\u6c11\u9009\u653f\u5e9c\u662f\u201c\u53db\u56fd\u7f6a\u201d\u3002\u8fd9\u7ed9\u4e86\u9f50\u4e9a\u4e00\u79cd\u6050\u60e7\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5e03\u6258\u518d\u6b21\u7edf\u6cbb\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u60e9\u7f5a\u3002\u5f53\u5e03\u6258\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u706b\u8f66\u7ad9\u6f14\u8bb2\u5e76\u91cd\u7533\u9f50\u4e9a\u7684\u201c\u53db\u56fd\u7f6a\u201d\u540e\uff0c\u6050\u60e7\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u6839\u6df1\u8482\u56fa\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9f50\u4e9a\u51b3\u5b9a\u5148\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u7528\u519b\u4e8b\u6cd5\u4ee4\u518d\u6b21\u6293\u6355\u5e03\u6258\u3002\u5728\u519b\u65b9\u7684\u6388\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u62c9\u5408\u5c14\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u5904\u5e03\u6258\u6b7b\u5211\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u547c\u5401\u5bbd\u6055\u5e03\u6258\uff0c\u4f46\u9f50\u4e9a\u65e0\u89c6\u6c42\u60c5\u30021979\u5e744\u67084\u65e5\uff0c51\u5c81\u7684\u5e03\u6258\u5728\u906d\u53d7\u72f1\u4e2d\u6298\u78e8\u540e\uff0c\u88ab\u9001\u4e0a\u4e86\u7ede\u5211\u67b6\u3002\u9f50\u4e9a\u987a\u5229\u7684\u5728\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u603b\u7edf\u4f4d\u5b50\u4e0a\u5750\u4e8611\u5e74\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5728\u98de\u673a\u5931\u4e8b\u4e2d\uff0c\u79bb\u5947\u8eab\u4ea1\u3002\u7a7f\u519b\u88c5\u7684\u7a46\u6c99\u62c9\u592b\u5982\u6cd5\u70ae\u5236\u3010\u590d\u6d3b58-2\uff08b\uff09\uff0c\u7b2c17\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5408\u6cd5\u53161999\u5e74\u7684\u653f\u53d8\u3011\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8b\u60c5\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u9010\u6e10\u8d85\u51fa\u4ed6\u7684\u638c\u63a7\u30022019\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u7531\u7eb3\u74e6\u5179\u8c22\u91cc\u592b\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u5efa\u7684\u4e09\u4eba\u6cd5\u5b98\u7279\u522b\u6cd5\u5ead\uff0c\u4f9d\u636e\u5baa\u6cd5\u7b2c6\u6761\u7b49\u5ba3\u5224\u7a46\u6c99\u62c9\u592b\u53db\u56fd\u7f6a\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u5904\u6b7b\u5211\u3002<\/p>\n
