\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u5916\u6c47\u50a8\u5907\u3001\u51cf\u7f13\u5c31\u4e1a\u538b\u529b\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u79ef\u6781\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8fd8\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u7684\u65cf\u7fa4\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11\u9762\u4e34\u6280\u672f\u8f6c\u578b\u53ca\u5c31\u4e1a\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u52a0\u5267\u7b49\u4e25\u5cfb\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4f46\u6d77\u6e7e\u56fd\u5bb6\u5bf9\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u5de5\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u77ed\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7684\u5b97\u6559\u4fe1\u4ef0\u6ce8\u5b9a\u8ba9\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11\u5728\u6d77\u6e7e\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5370\u5ea6\u6559\u52b3\u5de5\u3002\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u79fb\u6c11\u6f6e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5bf9\u5176\u7279\u70b9\u3001\u52a8\u56e0\u53ca\u53d1\u5c55\u8d8b\u52bf\u5c55\u5f00\u7814\u7a76\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u53ca\u73b0\u5b9e\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u5173\u952e\u8bcd\uff1a\u6d77\u5916\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u4eba \u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11 \u6d77\u5916\u52b3\u5de5 \u52b3\u52a1\u8f93\u51fa \u6d77\u6e7e\u52b3\u52a1\u5e02\u573a \u56fe\u6e90\uff1a\u7f51\u7edc \u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e94\u4eba\u53e3\u5927\u56fd\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5178\u578b\u7684\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u8f93\u51fa\u56fd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53ca\u793e\u4f1a\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u6210\u4e3a\u9664\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u5916\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u5927\u52b3\u5de5\u8f93\u51fa\u56fd\u3002\u5728\u5357\u4e9a\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u662f\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u8f93\u51fa\u5927\u56fd\uff0c2020\u53ca2021\u5e74\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u52b3\u52a1\u8f93\u51fa\u4eba\u6570\u9996\u6b21\u8d85\u8d8a\u5370\u5ea6\u3002\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u5e38\u5e74\u9ad8\u5c45\u4e16\u754c\u4fa8\u6c47\u6536\u5165\u56fd\u524d\u5217\uff0c\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u52b3\u5de5\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e3a\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5de8\u989d\u7684\u4fa8\u6c47\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u52b3\u5de5\u79fb\u6c11\u662f\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u52a8\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u4e0e\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4eba\u6587\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6865\u6881\uff0c\u503c\u5f97\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u79fb\u6c11\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08IOM\uff09\u5c06\u79fb\u6c11\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\uff1a\u6b63\u5728\u8fc1\u79fb\u6216\u5df2\u7ecf\u8de8\u8d8a\u56fd\u9645\u8fb9\u754c\u6216\u5728\u5176\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5185\u8fc1\u79fb\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\uff0c\u4e0d\u8bba\uff081\uff09\u8be5\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u662f\u5426\u5408\u6cd5\uff1b<\/p>\n
