\u4e00\u3001\u5370\u5ea6MIRV\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u5176\u5b9e\u4ece\u5370\u5ea6\u6218\u7565\u5bfc\u5f39\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5386\u53f2\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u591a\u5f39\u5934\u5206\u5bfc\u5f0f\u8f7d\u5177\uff08MIRV\uff09\u3001\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u4e0e\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u201c\u70c8\u706b-5\u201d\u5bfc\u5f39\u8fdb\u884c\u914d\u5957\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bf4\u662f\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u65e2\u5b9a\u7814\u53d1\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u5728\u201c\u70c8\u706b-2\u201d\u5bfc\u5f39\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cDRDO\u5c31\u63d0\u51fa\u8fc7MIRV\u7684\u591a\u79cd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6784\u578b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u56fd\u5185\u7684\u9632\u52a1\u5c55\u4e0a\u4ee5\u6a21\u578b\u6216\u8005\u60f3\u8c61\u56fe\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5c55\u51fa\u8fc7\u3002\u9605\u5175\u5f0f\u4e0a\u5c55\u51fa\u7684\u201c\u70c8\u706b-2\u201d\uff0c\u56fe\u6e90\u201c \u5927\u4f0a\u4e07\u9891\u9053\u201d\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u822a\u5929\u90e8\u95e8\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u6c11\u7528\u822a\u5929\u53d1\u5c04\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u201c\u501f\u58f3\u4e0a\u5e02\u201d\u3001\u5bf9\u591a\u5f39\u5934\u5206\u5bfc\u5f0f\u8f7d\u5177\u8fdb\u884c\u7814\u53d1\u3002\u59822008\u5e74\u5370\u5ea6\u5c31\u66fe\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fc7\u4e00\u7bad\u591a\u661f\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u4efb\u52a1\uff0c\u540e\u7eed\u5219\u57282013\u5e74\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u7bad\u591a\u661f\u3001\u5206\u522b\u5165\u8f68\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u6b64\u65f6\u7684\u5370\u5ea6\u5df2\u7ecf\u57fa\u672c\u638c\u63e1\u4e86\u591a\u5f39\u5934\u5206\u5bfc\u5f0f\u8f7d\u5177\u7684\u6280\u672f\u539f\u7406\uff0c\u4f46\u5f88\u660e\u663e\uff0cMIRV\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u8fd8\u662f\u8981\u6bd4\u4e00\u7bad\u591a\u661f\u6280\u672f\u590d\u6742\u4e00\u4e9b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\u591a\u5f39\u5934\u5206\u5bfc\u5f0f\u8f7d\u5177\uff08MIRV\uff09\uff0c\u56fe\u6e90\u201c \u5927\u4f0a\u4e07\u9891\u9053\u201d\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7\u4ee5\u6b64\u6b21\u201c\u70c8\u706b-5\u201d\u9065\u516b\u5f39\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u4efb\u52a1\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u662f\u5370\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u5b9e\u65bdMIRV\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff0c\u8ddd\u79bb2013\u5e74\u5370\u5ea6\u638c\u63e1\u4e00\u7bad\u591a\u661f\u5206\u522b\u5165\u8f68\u6280\u672f\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e8611\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u98de\u884c\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6839\u636eDRDO\u7684\u5b98\u5ba3\u5c31\u662f\u6210\u529f\u7684\u3002\u4ece\u7814\u53d1\u901f\u5ea6\u4e0a\u6765\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7814\u53d1\u901f\u5ea6\u8d77\u7801\u8bf4\u4e0d\u4e0a\u6162\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6bd4\u4e00\u4e9b\u201c\u4e94\u5e38\u201d\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a81\u7834\u591a\u5f39\u5934\u5206\u5bfc\u5f0f\u8f7d\u5177\u7684\u6280\u672f\u8fd8\u8981\u5feb\uff0c\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u8fd8\u662f\u53ef\u5708\u53ef\u70b9\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n
