1.05em;\">\u7f16\u8f91 | \u5b8b\u53ef\u99a8 \u9648\u73cf\u53ef\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u56fd\u65d7 \u56fe\u6e90\uff1a\u201cRCEP\u8d38\u6613\u4fc3\u8fdb\u201d\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7\u4e3a\u4e86\u957f\u671f\u632f\u5174\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u52a0\u5165\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\u201c\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u201d(RCEP)\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u65e5\u672c\u7b49\u4e16\u754c\u4e3b\u8981\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u5728\u5185\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u8d38\u6613\u96c6\u56e2\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e0e\u6cf0\u56fd\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a(FTA)\u8c08\u5224\u4e5f\u5df2\u7ed3\u675f\u3002\u4e0b\u4e00\u8f6e\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u8c08\u5224\u5c06\u4e8e\u4e0b\u4e2a\u6708\u5728\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e3e\u884c\u3002\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u957f\u963f\u91cc-\u8428\u5e03\u91cc\u4e0e\u6cf0\u56fd\u603b\u7406\u5df4\u80b2\u548c\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u957f\u6566-\u5df4\u7a46\u5a01\u5948\u4e3e\u884c\u4e86\u4f1a\u8c08\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u52a0\u5feb\u81ea\u8d38\u534f\u5b9a\u8c08\u5224\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cf0\u56fd\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e1c\u76df\u6210\u5458\u52a0\u5165RCEP\u7684\u534f\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p 1.05em;\">\u6cf0\u56fd\u662f\u9996\u6279\u6279\u51c6RCEP\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u8fd9\u4f4d\u90e8\u957f\u544a\u8bc9\u300a\u6bcf\u65e5\u955c\u62a5\u300b\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cf0\u56fd\u534f\u52a9\u52a0\u5165RCEP\uff0cRCEP\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e8e2022\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u5bf910\u4e2a\u539f\u59cb\u7f14\u7ea6\u65b9\u751f\u6548\uff1b\u8fd9\u5341\u4e2a\u539f\u59cb\u7f14\u7ea6\u65b9\u662f\uff1a\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u6587\u83b1\u3001\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u8001\u631d\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6cf0\u56fd\u548c\u8d8a\u5357\u3002RCEP\u4e8e2022\u5e742\u67081\u65e5\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u751f\u6548\uff0c2022\u5e743\u670818\u65e5\u5bf9\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u751f\u6548\uff0c2023\u5e741\u67082\u65e5\u5bf9\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u751f\u6548\uff0c2023\u5e746\u67082\u65e5\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u751f\u6548\u3002\u6309\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u603b\u503c\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0cRCEP\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u3002RCEP\u8c08\u5224\u4e8e2012\u5e7411\u6708\u5728\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u8054\u76df\uff08\u4e1c\u76df\u5305\u62ec\u6587\u83b1\u3001\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u8001\u631d\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u7f05\u7538\u3001\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6cf0\u56fd\u548c\u8d8a\u5357\uff09\u53ca\u5176\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u4f19\u4f34\u2013\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u542f\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p 1.05em;\">\u5370\u5ea6\u540e\u6765\u9009\u62e9\u9000\u51faRCEP\u8c08\u5224\u3002\u5b83\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u201d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u53c2\u4e0e\u56fd\u7684GDP\u5360\u4e16\u754cGDP\u7684\u8fd130%\u3002\u90e8\u957f\u544a\u8bc9\u6bcf\u65e5\u955c\u62a5\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u901a\u8fc7\u4f5b\u6559\u8054\u7cfb\u53d1\u5c55\u4e24\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p
